To the staff at StanleyBarber, especially to Al and Kathryn. When I first became a client, my initial search was quick. I was not able to fully realize the scope of the service. When my wife and I decided to re-locate this year to a more affordable area, your encouragement was remarkable. I was not sure of whether the time was right. I had just received a promotion with my company and was uncertain if it was in my best interest to move. Al convinced me to try as "I had nothing to lose" due to my recent promotion. We worked a great strategy to get me to the Sacramento area as well as contacts in the region. I was able to secure a position at $125,000 as a marketing manager. This represented an increase of $7500 over my previous salary in the Bay Area. Without your contacts and encouragement this would not have happened. Many thanks to the Stanley Barber team for an all out effort. As I was looking to bring more balance in my life, I greatly benefited from the folks that I met in the executive networking group from their input and insight as to the importance of the "3 factors" of a senior level search.
